    The puppy likes it

    Used it to keep the puppy OK in extreme heat. It is not really cold except when you soak it in cool water before you attach it around his neck, but then he plays quite happily and does not object to it all.

    My dog loves it

    I reached under the vest after 20 mins of play in scorching sun and his back felt cool! The vest was drying out so I soaked it again and rung it out.

    It does work

    I wet it to make it damp on the inside of the vest only. After we come back in from a walk in the Texas heat, the vest feels cold on the inside and is still slightly damp. My husky needs to walk about 6-7 miles every day to be happy, so this will really serve her well this summer! I'm getting a second one as a back up.
